AppTemplates is a marketplace: templates are uploaded by independent publishers. We respect intellectual property and expect our publishers to do the same. This page explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright, and how publishers can respond. It covers notices under the EU Digital Services Act and the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
The quickest way is the Report this template link on the template's page (you need to be signed in). If you don't have an account, email [email protected] instead.
A valid notice must include:
Incomplete notices may be delayed while we ask for the missing details. Knowingly sending a false notice can make you liable for damages.
When we receive a valid notice we review it and, where appropriate, remove the template from the store and pause downloads for everyone, including existing buyers. We tell the publisher what was removed and why, and share the notice details with them so they can respond (we may share your name and contact details with the publisher for this purpose).
Buyers keep their licence while a claim is open. If the takedown is lifted, access is restored as before.
If you believe your template was removed by mistake, or you have the right to use the material, contact our support team or email [email protected] with:
We forward valid counter-notices to the person who sent the claim. Unless they tell us within 10–14 business days that they have started legal action, we may restore the template.
We close the accounts of publishers who repeatedly infringe the rights of others, and may take further action under the Publisher Agreement.
