Templates are digital content delivered immediately. At checkout you ask us to give you immediate access and confirm that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is available (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m); Romanian OUG 34/2014). That's why we can't offer "change of mind" refunds.
When we do refund
Within 14 days of purchase, request a refund from your order page if:
the template doesn't work as described and our support team (with the publisher's help) can't fix it within a reasonable time;
the listing was materially misleading (features, compatibility, screenshots);
you were charged twice or bought the same template twice by mistake;
the file is corrupted or missing and we can't provide a working copy.
Refunds go back to the original PayPal payment. Refunded templates are removed from your Library and the licence ends; you must delete any copies.
When we don't refund
You changed your mind or no longer need the template after downloading it
You didn't check the listed requirements (engine version, platforms) before buying
You want features the listing never promised (consider a custom work request instead)
More than 14 days have passed, unless the law requires otherwise
Chargebacks
Please talk to us before opening a PayPal dispute — it is almost always faster. If a chargeback is opened, the licence is suspended while it is investigated.
