Every template on AppTemplates is sold with one of two licences. The publisher keeps ownership; you get the rights below for each licence you buy.
Single licence
Use the template in one end product — a game, app or website — that you or your client publish, free or paid.
Modify it as much as you like.
You may sell the end product (e.g. a game on Steam or an app on the App Store).
Extended licence
Everything in the Single licence, plus:
Use the template in unlimited end products, or
Use it in an end product that is itself sold as a template, kit, white-label product or service (e.g. a reskin you sell to clients repeatedly).
Both licences
Not allowed: redistributing, sharing or reselling the template's source files, assets or code on their own or as part of another template/asset pack; claiming you created it; using it in anything illegal or that infringes others' rights.
The licence is non-exclusive, worldwide and perpetual, and ends only if you get a refund, a chargeback is decided against you, or you breach these terms.
Third-party components inside a template (fonts, plugins, libraries) keep their own licences — the template page lists them.
AI-generated content: templates that contain AI-generated content are labelled. Copyright protection of purely AI-generated material may be limited in some countries; consider this before relying on such assets as exclusive.
Keep your purchase code — it proves your licence. Find it in Library & Downloads.
