What we collect and why

We do not sell personal data and we do not use advertising trackers.

Who receives data (processors)

  • PayPal — payments and payouts
  • Cloudflare — hosting/CDN, file storage (R2) and bot protection (Turnstile)
  • Postmark — sending emails
  • Our hosting provider, and our accountant for invoicing and tax filings
  • Publishers receive only what they need to support you (your name, the template and your licence) when we escalate a support request

Some processors are outside the EU; transfers use the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep data

  • Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (Romanian accounting law)
  • Orders, licences and download logs: as long as your licence exists, then up to 10 years for tax and legal claims
  • Account data: until you delete your account; support conversations up to 3 years after they close
  • Security logs: up to 12 months

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP, dataprotection.ro) or the authority in your country.

Some data must be kept even if you delete your account (for example invoices).
