These terms govern your use of AppTemplates (apptemplates.net), operated by FireDev Studio SRL, a company registered in Romania (registration no. J13/1372/2021, VAT ID RO44169029, registered office Str. Smaraldului 14, ap. 60, 900223 Constanta, Romania) ("we", "us").

By creating an account or buying on AppTemplates you agree to these terms. If you sell templates, the Publisher Agreement also applies.

1. What we do

AppTemplates is a marketplace for game and app templates made by independent publishers. We sell every template to you directly: we take the payment, issue the invoice and provide first-line support (our "managed support"). Publishers supply the templates and the licence rights to us.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy or sell.
• Keep your password and two-factor codes safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Your username is permanent. Your email must be valid and verified.
• We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, commit fraud, abuse refunds or chargebacks, harass others, or infringe intellectual property.

3. Buying

• Prices are shown in US dollars excluding VAT. VAT is added at checkout according to your country and business status (see the Refund Policy for withdrawal rights).
• Payment is processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
• After payment you receive a licence and a purchase code for each template, plus access to every future update in your Library.
• What you may do with a template is set by its licence type — see Licences.

4. Managed support

Each purchase includes 6 months of support from our team. We answer first and involve the publisher when needed. Support covers getting the template working as described; it does not include custom development (you can request custom work through the Help Center).

5. Reviews and community content

Only buyers can review templates. Reviews must be honest, relevant and respectful. We may hide content that is abusive, misleading, spam, or reveals personal data. You keep the rights to what you write and give us a licence to display it on AppTemplates.

6. Acceptable use

Do not: attempt to break or bypass security, scrape the site at scale, share or resell templates beyond your licence, upload malware, use the platform for anything illegal, or create accounts to manipulate reviews, followers or sales.

7. Intellectual property

Templates belong to their publishers and are licensed, not sold. The AppTemplates name, logo and site design belong to us. If you believe content on AppTemplates infringes your rights, see our Copyright Policy for how to report it. We act on valid notices promptly.

8. Liability

Templates are provided as described on their pages. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under applicable law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell registered users about significant changes by email or on the site at least 15 days before they apply.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. EU consumers can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform and the Romanian ANPC (anpc.ro).
